Cream Of Crab Soup


1 lb crab meat
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 quart half and half
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp old Bay
1 cup milk


Melt butter and blend in flour. Stir until smooth.
Slowly stir in chicken broth
Add pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add half and half and milk slowly
Slowly cook and stir until thickened.
Add parsley and crab meat.

Heat and serve.
