Cream Cheese Biscuits


1/2 pound unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
6 oz cream cheese


Combine cream cheese and butter in a mixer bowl.
Beat until well blended
Add salt and flour; mix well.
Roll out to a thickness of 1/4-inch
Cut into 2-inch rounds.
Place on a buttered baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
