INGREDIENTS:
3 extra ripe bananas, peeled
4 eggs
2 cup heavy cream
1 cup light cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2 tbsp instant coffee crystals
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
STEP BY STEP:
Heat the light and heavy cream, the sugar, the chocolate syrup and the
instant coffee until all the sugar is dissolve
Refrigerate the mixture until cool. Purée the bananas in a blender or
food processor
Add the eggs and process until well blended
Add the cold cream mixture and process until well mixed
Pour the banana mixture into a ice cream machine. Freeze it.
