
Baked Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups old fashioned oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
16 oz canned fruits, drained
STEP BY STEP:
Cream oil, sugar and eggs together. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into greased 8 x 11 inch glass baking dish
Add canned or sliced fresh fruit such as peaches, apples, or raisins
Mix with all the other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F for 30
minutes. Serve with milk and brown sugar.
