INGREDIENTS:
1 apple
2 tbsp grape nuts cereal
2 tbsp sugar
STEP BY STEP:
Wash apple(s) and core
Place apple(s) right side up in a medium sized baking dish
Layer the sugar and Grape Nuts in the apple until the core is full to
slightly overflowing
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of water on each apple
Add a little water to the bottom of the baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until apples are soft.
TIPS:
For optional, sprinkle top with cinnamon to taste.
