INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup quick oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated orange rind
1 tsp vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
4 eggs
STEP BY STEP:
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Beat 4 eggs until frothy.
Add dry mixture. Add corn syrup, melted butter, orange rind, vanilla and
the quick oats. Mix well.
Pour into shell. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
