2 lb. candied fruit
15 oz. box raisins
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. orange marmalade preserves
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. walnuts, cut in half
1/2 c. grape juice
1/2 lb. butter
9 eggs
1/2 c. honey
1 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves

Cream eggs, honey, butter and sugar. Add spices to flour. Add fruit, raisins and nuts dredged in flour. Add pineapple with juice, applesauce and preserves; mix well. Bake in preheated 250 degree oven in tube pan greased for 3 1/2 hours. Sit pan of water in bottom of oven. Makes 8 pounds fruit cake.
