Combine these 2 dry ingredients in bowl and set aside.
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

Combine these ingredients in a boiler:
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
Bring just to boil. Then add to flour and sugar mixture in bowl.

2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (to sour milk, put 1 tsp. vinegar in 1/2 c. milk and let stand)
Pour in greased and floured jello roll pan (approximately 11x17x1).
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. This is very thin batter.

For Icing
Cream together:
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Add to creamed mixture:
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Spread on cake as soon as it comes out of oven.
